I have read the Meeting Room Use Policy.  Any violation of the policy may result in denial and/or cancellation of future use of meeting rooms. Approval to use meeting rooms is not an endorsement by Grand Rapids Community Foundation. I am aware of that the Foundation business hours are 8:30am-5pm and meeting requests outside these hours need prior approval. I understand that I am responsible for my own room setup and putting the room back to its original state. I will notify Foundation staff of any spills/stains or other damage to the room or furnishings. I understand that the Foundation does not validate parking for external meetings and I will share the parking map provided with my guests. I understand that I am responsible for bringing all of my own supplies including coffee, cups/plates/napkins, flip chart paper, writing utensils, etc.
